Good Morning!  I am at home today for the morning and trying to get my monthly theme post up…..I still have last months to post as well….but that will have to wait until another day.  The photos are a quick edit and nothing fancy, but HAD to be documented!   This months theme is LAUGHTER!    My goal at the beginning of the year was to get a photo with myself and the kids every month, but this month I am skipping that because the camera wasn’t handy when I opened my Mother’s Day presents that the kids made for me.  They both made awesome presents at their schools…..but these home made gifts they did on their own take the cake!  And they made me LAUGH!  Laugh with joy, with happiness, with love, and with pride!  I LOVE these two little people so much!!!!   Today I am going to share my gifts with you and it will be up to you if you laugh or not!  :)

Owen made me a purse out of paper and sissy dressed up on one of her dolls….in hair ties….because she ran out of dresses!  ha!

Inside my purse was a photo of the kids and a love note….

and a coin pocket with coins in it.  So thoughtful and creative.

The details of Bella’s Barbie present…….a fancy hair clip…..

and criss cross straps to make the dress fashionable!  LOVE IT!

I absolutely LOVED both presents……and if a camera had been handy, you would have seen a photo of me laughing….but for now you will just have to use your IMAGINATION!  :)  Happy Day!

Here he is at 6 months!  And he’s still a babe!  And still a sweetheart!  And those eyes….heart breaker!

Meet Baby “M”……what an angel!  She was such a dream to photograph….so mellow and sleepy…..and GORGEOUS!

These two little munchkins were so fun to photograph….and they both had great personalities! Both of them were just sweet as pie! I had a great time at their session, but from the looks of the upper right photos….they just couldn’t believe that their mom would take them to such a goofball photographer!

WOW! I am on a roll….two blog posts in two days! WOOT! WOOT! I am really going to try and keep this blog interesting by posting more! Sometimes with facebook demanding so much attention and posting photos there….I forget about this little ole blog!

Up for today has to be one of my all time favorite sessions! This mom takes photos of her own, but she had something specific in mind for her family photos this year. And it is hard to be in the photo when you are behind the camera! So that is where I came in! She hired me to do an almost “themed” photo session with her family, but mostly of her beautiful daughter Miss “T” and Miss “T”s horse. HOW FUN! But to be honest, I was nervous! I will let you in on a little secret. I AM NOT A HORSE PERSON. I drove a horse once….drove? ride? whatever……long story short….I put the reins around the horn, took off my sweatshirt as the sun was heating up, spooked the horse, it took off, I fell off…..no, that’s not right, I bounced off and face planted in a field of manure….then blacked out. Upon waking up at the Dr’s office, I had raspberries on my behind, arms, and face….horse manure in my ears, hair, and braces…..and a wrist full of torn ligaments which was the worst as I was right in the middle of off season volleyball! So you can see from my little story…I AM NOT A HORSE PERSON and was a tad bit nervous. But let me tell you, Miss “T” is a tiny little firecracker and she was so comfortable around the horses that I forgot I was nervous! We played and had so much FUN! Miss “T” was a true little model and such a joy to photograph! She is full of pure LOVE! Here is a peek into our session last fall! Enjoy!
