Sweet Dreams ~ Sandpoint Newborn Photographer

Yesterday I worked all day and into the night for my husband doing paperwork….(I am still not done…ugh)…..and then I got an awful case of insomnia keeping me tossing and turning until 4:00 am this morning!!!! Was it the 10:00 chai? Or the ideas rolling around in my head for a project I have coming up? Probably both…doesn’t matter….4:00 am is so not right for me! I set my alarm for 7:30 hoping that I could get up then and at least try to get going for the day…..but no….no, no……my sick old dog decided that 6:30 am was a much better time to get up! And he not only woke me up….but everyone else too!!! ARGH! So this morning I am trying to function on 2 hours of sleep and a pot of coffee…..and I am going to try and tackle my to do list today….and if I am lucky get in a nap later on??? But probably not. Oh well…..at least somebody is having sweet dreams! More of this darling angel coming soon!

Art Walk II ~ Sandpoint Newborn Photographer

It’s Friday! Whoop! It’s been a crazy week for me….and just about to get crazier! I had a super fun newborn session yesterday…..got my photos displayed at the Panida for the “Babies” movie being featured there this weekend…..met with my awesome bride to go over this weekends wedding…..and today, I am heading down to Fairytales to hang some new prints for the 2nd round of Art Walk 2010 starting tonight!!! If you are downtown this evening from 5:30 – 8:00, be sure to stop in to Fairytales and say hi!!!! I hope to see you there!….and if not, have an amazing weekend!!! xo

Mothers Haven ~ Coeur D’ Alene Newborn Baby Photographer

Alice & Gibson ~ Sandpoint Childrens & Baby Photography

Good Morning! I am so happy to be able to finally edit and post this session! It was amazing! I had so much fun with these little angels…….and to date, their session is definitely one of my favorites! Meet Alice Pudding……yep….that’s her name…and I LOVE it! She is so darling and fun….we hit it off right away! It just doesn’t get any cuter than this!

Oh wait…maybe it DOES get cuter! Meet Gibson Pepper….LOVE his name too! And at almost 3 months, he is full of personality! I think he likes me!

And look at that hair! So perfect.

Sigh…….SO ADORABLE!!!

hi ~ Sandpoint Childrens Photography

Hi! Happy Day to you! As you may have noticed, the last couple weeks have been challenging for me that is for sure….and I just haven’t been myself. Hoping to snap out of that soon! Thanks for hanging in there with me….I have lots of fun sessions to post (babies, kids, & seniors!)…and lots of fun sessions coming up! Two weddings….a newborn….and more fun kids and seniors! I will really try to make sure it doesn’t get stale around here! Just one for today….she is SO CUTE! This picture just puts a smile on my face….and hope it does yours too! Family ~ Sandpoint Newborn Baby Photography

Mr “R” is back…and this time with his mommy and daddy! At both of our sessions he was a big napper……he would take little naps here and there and we would get some photos – which is common with older babies when taking their photos……..but he WAS NOT going to sleep for longer than 10 minutes….no matter how tired he was…….and he was tired….but we were happy playing by his rules…..so, we waited him out….because we knew he was so sleepy…….sweet baby…..

And finally he fell asleep enough to get some family photos…..so worth the wait!

So tiny in daddy’s giant hands….it won’t be like this for long…..I am so glad we captured it!

Baby “R” ~ Sandpoint Newborn Photography

Remember this beautiful mama’s maternity session? Well…..they finally had their little bean! Introducing baby “R”….he is such a sweetheart….and so full of personality! You have been getting little peeks of him here and there on facebook….but today you will be getting an overload of eye candy! We actually had 2 sessions…one for baby “R” and one for family photos so there will be more to come….but for now……Mr “R’s” sneak peek! Enjoy!

His mama and daddy had this amazing bowl sitting on their table….I spotted it right off at the maternity session and was literally drooling!…..of course we HAD to get a picture of “R” in it! And as I suspected….it was perfect! This photo is one of my all time favorites!

This was taken at the end of “R’s” session……by the look on his face I think he’s had enough picture taking for the day! His little raised eyebrow gives me the giggles every time! More of baby “R” coming soon!
